Title: Prophet 6 key stopped working

Hi all,
My Prophet 6 has been serving me well for a year now, but a week ago when I took it to a recording studio my A3 note/key stopped working. Since then it hasn't come back unfortunately. Can anyone help me how I could fix it it without taking it to a synth service shop? Every other feature works perfectly. Thanks so much, your help is much appreciated!

UPDATE: If I hit the key really hard it plays the note.

Have you contacted Sequential directly? I'd imagine Support might have a solid suggestion...
