Title: Brand New OB-6 - MAJOR issue, help please?

I've emailed Sequential but its Sunday so I know they won't respond.

This is BRAND new, out the box - and completely unusable due to a LOUD pulsing noise on all presets and channels.  Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG6t9-a91XQ

I've tried replacing the software, changing the MIDI implimentation, tuning the synth (which jams, with the error "41") and more, but nothing works.

I've bought 4 new DSI synths and this is the 3rd that required tech support (and 2 replacing) - REALLY at the end of my tether with this brand now.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried a factory reset?

Hold down Global and press Write.

It’s not in “manual mode” is it? If so, the presets won’t do anything as it’ll just be playing whatever is selected via the front panel knob and switch positions.
