Over the last two years, I have volunteered a few thousand hours of my unpaid time codeveloping this really cool project which has now just launched its website.

As you may know, we exhibited the device at Synthfest UK in October 2022 under the name Midium. https://www.synthfest.co.uk
Sadly, a few weeks later there were unforeseen complications which meant we had to change the name.
After many hours of work, this change has now gone through.
The pedal is now known as MORTRIX.

For the last couple of years I’ve been codeveloping a pretty cool new controller.

Successful day at Synthfest UK.
Price: £500 plus taxes (shipping from Denmark); aiming for being available from Q1 of 2023.

We hit a bit of a snag as we found out that someone had trademarked a name very close to ours. Annoyingly it was trademarked five months after I came up with the Midium name. So we’re now in the process of renaming the controller. We’ve got some ideas but are open to suggestions. You’d have to agree to handing over all rights to the name. If your suggestion is the one used, you’ll receive a free unit when it’s ready.
