Title: Prophet rev 4 module patch sheet

Hi,

Here attached you will find an empty patch sheet (png) with the rev 4 module’s layout, with a few minor exceptions (amp env, aft, vel) to avoid an excessive landscape format. Due to screenshots taken from the official manual, the knobs are black and not white. Nevertheless, I use this on my ipad rather than on paper, so that does not matter.
