Title: Sequencer footswitch fonction ?
Post by: Lobe on June 04, 2022, 08:12:46 AM
Hello,

I plan on getting a take 5, mostly for gigging, as a less heavy/less big alternative to my REV2, wich could stay in the studio.

It is a rock band and we use extensively the sequencer footswitch feature on the REV2, for small synth parts that the bass player can play with his foot (with no click track or fixed tempo, wich is fantastic for live performance).

Is it something possible with the Take 5 ? Or could this be easily implemented in a future update ? If no, this would be a deal-breaker for me...

Thanks for your answer(s)

Best
Jean

(I forgot to mention that we used the sequencer footswitch in Trigger mode, wich means every press steps the sequencer).

I saw there is no specific sequencer input on the Take 5, but could the footswitch/sustain input be used for that purpose ?

Thank you
Jean
