Title: Pitch wheel not working even after calibration

My Prophet 6 Pitch wheel doesn't work, I've tried wheel calibration multiple times.
When wheel is in the up position the pitch goes down when in the down position there is no change in pitch.
Help

Have you tried reinstalling the firmware?

Yes, I've tried installing the 1.7.5 firmware and the pitch now goes up in the wheel's top position but no pitch change with wheel down

Try unplugging everything from the P6 except the power cable and then do a calibration. Also during the calibration procedure don’t turn any knobs or press any keys … let it finish.
