Title: Hard time replicating patch
Post by: salvador on October 07, 2021, 07:30:45 AM
Hey guys!

Hoping someone around here likes a challenge :)
I made a patch a while ago on the prophet rev2, which I'd love to use for a piece, but that for some reason got overwritten...  ARGH!

I've been working on this for quite a while, but have find it extremely hard to re-make. it sounds really floaty, the velocity sensitivity in really expressive.... etc Hoping that there is someone around here who knows the REV2 inside out and can point me in the right direction...

I've attached a recording of the synthsound

thank you!!
best,
Salvador & Helena

I believe I hear a triangle (osc 2, osc mix 127) with a shape close to 40, that's slightly modulated by an lfo. Further, I suspect that you have a pinch of audiomod from a low-tuned osc 1 (E1 gets close in my experimenting). Then sustain quite a bit >0 for both filter and amp. That's where I'd start.
I'm curious whether others hear something completely different.
