Cool! Not sure what's new in this release, other than the correct firmware number but ...

Don't forget to reset globals with write + globals and then, if you'e using the vintage setting to reset it to vintage. I forgot that at the last firmware update and wondered why vintage wasn't working like before.

Cheers,

Keith

In my opinion it is the official version 1.6.6 which displays "1.6.7" at startup  :) (it is better than "6.0.2" :-[)

I performed the update. It stuck at the end of the upgrade process (suddenly displaying "111" after the second countdown reached "1"). I waited 5 minutes and turn it off.

It displayed "1.6.7" when I turn it on few seconds after.

Upgrade successful. :)

Question to the Sequential team:
I have 1.66beta installed. Is there any reason (code changes, bug fixes) to update to 1.67, or is this just the name of the official version? I would prefer a definite answer over guesses.

Don't presume the Sequential staffers read every post here.  They're busy working at home, so the communications are worse than usual.  If you want a definitive answer from the mothership, contact them directly.

I get an E.r.1 error message after transfer...? Anyone had this before?

I had the same behavior on the second time I ran the firmware update. Works fine now. The first time I ran it, it never did either count down and the display showed "t 8". I tried to play a few patches and it was not right, but running it a second time fixed it.
