Hello !
New member here, but not new to synthesizers (Bought my first one 1976. MiniKORG 700s :) )
Got my new Prophet-10 today and now a "few" hours later I discover that the unison mode
does not work the same way like on my old Prophet-5 Rev.2
On the old P-5 you can program and store unison with glide for "nice" solos, and when going back to poly
mode you can play accord and some solo fills without the glide function ( on the same sound bank / program )
Doing the same on the new P-10 results in glide in poly mode and annoying / hilarious solo fills ???
Is that "the way it is" or am I doing something wrong ?
Not the end of the world, but a little confusing ......
A fantastic synth and very nice Fatar keys compared with the old P-5 :)
Cheers !

Yes, that’s the way it is.
As I mentioned in another thread, the P5/10 could use a few more glide options.

Would it perhaps be possible to implement the polyglide of the prophet 6? Like what J3Po is doing here at 28:08 min. https://youtu.be/lnWUHld91Ko

Now that´s what I call Poly Glide ! Sounds beautiful :P
Could it be possible to implement that function in a future upgrade ?
Or is it a hardware "issue" ?
And a way to choose Glide i Unison Mode and NOT in Poly Mode in the
same patch / sound, as on the original Prophet-5 ....
It is of course possible to program the same sound to 2 banks, one with
Unison Glide, the other without glide in Poly Mode ;)
But if it is possible to fix that with an upgrade it would be nice :)
Cheers !
