Title: Initialise User Banks
Post by: mosen on December 30, 2020, 12:41:32 PM
Hi there,

i`m in love with my new OB6 Desktop and quite active creating patches for use in my projects.
Until now i could keep overview about my patches and the presets in the user banks. But as you cant name them, i`m now struggling keeping them recalled properly and not overwrite my own patches.

I would like to initialize all presets from 040(till here are my patches)-499 with an init patch, eg. a simple sawtooth sound, so i can easily identify my patches from the init ones when i want to save a patch to a new place. How can i init this batch?

thx for your help!

The soundtower editor makes this dead simple.

Because of this, I made a librarian for the PC that allows you to import them into the computer, rename them there, favorite them, tag them by category and filter, and send them back to the edit buffer for auditioning. It's OpenSource and free: https://github.com/christofmuc/KnobKraft-orm

It's not doing bank management - yet. That's planned for version 2.0.
