Title: New Pro3 sending MIDI 2 octaves low

Globals reset to default.  1.1.0 firmware.  When I record a short sequence using middle C, note C4 is recorded in the Pro3 sequencer.  When I connect a MIDI cable to any of my other devices and press the same note, they receive C2.  I tried the Pro3 MIDI ports 1 and 2, and there's nothing in between the MIDI devices.  I connected the external devices one at a time.  USB is disconnected.  Simple setup.  Is there a setting I'm missing?

I get the same result using USB only.  I must be missing something obvious.
