Title: Feature Request: MIDI CC for Selecting Sequencer Phrase?

I looked at the MIDI implementation and beyond program change messages, it doesn't look like selecting the sequencer's phrase is externally controllable via MIDI or otherwise. It'd be nice to be able to send a program change message and a CC message for jumping to a specific phrase.
