The OS update failed and it did not start.
Is there a way to do a hardware reset?

If you haven't yet done so, I'd suggest contacting support (https://www.sequential.com/support/contact-support/) at Sequential.
Note that anything I've mentioned below has not been verified by Sequential. Try at your own risk.
You could consider trying the following, if you haven't done so:
- Power cycle and just try sending the update, again, in case it starts up enough to process MIDI.
- If that doesn't work, the following might get you into bootloader mode:
- Power off.
- Press and hold down both Transpose Up & Down buttons.
- Turn on power. The light at Transpose 0 should blink. The display will be off/blank.
- Send the OS update via a MIDI cable (not USB).
- Wait. The Touch slider lights will light up showing the loading progress.
- You might want to wait for a bit after it finishes, since I don't know the full procedure and this was speculation.
- Eventually, power cycle.
Again, note that this was not from Sequential and a quick guess. That mode may have other purposes.
I still recommend contacting Sequential support.

I will try it based on your opinion.
I'm also asking questions to Sequential.
Thank you very much.
