What is the Pro3Panel used for? Do i need to send it to the Pro 3?

We accidentally posted the 1.0.0.0 panel sysex, rather than the 1.1.0.0 panel sysex. I just swapped it out.

The 1.1.0.0 panel version fixes a fringe bug. It's not absolutely necessary to update, but we suggest doing so.
