Title: Volume issue with mopho x4

Hi!
I own a brand new mopho x4 since 5 years ago. Recently I started playing sequenced arps with it ( I only played manual notes/chrods until now) and I'm facing an issue with the volume.

When I sequence a few notes and I let them playing, If I turn low the volume knob to 0, it turns up again progressively by itself, after a few seconds.
This happens with the arp latch mode (no midi/usb connections at all, so its not a midi issue) and sequencing the notes from ableton with usb or midi cable

The synth firmware is updated with latest version, and I already tried with a global reset

Any idea what's happening?

Already reported to DSI/Sequential technical service. Waiting to receive a new replacement pot.  :)

Was it a broken volume knob?
