Title: Filter bug in local off mode

Anybody getting where you start a new sequence with local off in Ableton , and for some reason the filter is programmed fully open by default  ?

Another one to add , more long standing. The Lfo speeds , especially sync don’t work with local off, have to switch it to local on to get them to work.

Anybody confirm in other daw or is this just live 10?
