Title: LFO midi clock sync mode depending on internal sequencer steps?

Why is it that the LFO's sync speed is depending on the internal sequencer steps instead of midi clocked steps?

Let's say I want to use a triangle with a 32 step speed I will need to put the internal sequencer in trigger mode when using an external sequencer.
If I leave it on normal mode the LFO will reset with every note played from the external sequencer.
