Title: Time based effects not syncing correctly when set to Slave with no start/stop?

I think this might be a bug but haven't worked it all out yet.

Basically, run the Pro 3 as a slave from your DAW midi clock and set any effect which has a time base parameter to it. Set that parameter to sync and set it an appropriate value. The effect wont sync correctly and starts making warbling noises.

Mmmm mine seems to be working fine.
Ive only used a delay so far and it syncs perfectly.

Mine solid with Ableton on Mac.
