Title: Prophet 12 module stack A+B in multimode
Post by: stevenP12 on December 01, 2019, 12:08:59 PM
Hi there! I recently got myself a P12 module which sounds great! :) I just had one minor issue/question. I love to use the module in multimode, and I noticed that the stack A+B does not seems to work when multimode is turned on.
Am I overlooking something, or is this just the way it is?

Thanks in advance! :)

Anyone? Is this just something I have to live with? Or is it possible to stack voices in multimode?

In Multimode the Prophet 12 gives each layer (A&B) an independent MIDI channel, so it effectively becomes two 6 voice synths with their own outputs and MIDI channels, but there's no way to assign more than one sound per layer so unfortunately stacking in Multimode isn't possible.

A yes, got it. Thought that maybe the Stack mode could overrule the multimode so you could stack both the layers when Stack was on and when it was turned off it could go back to multimode assigning Layer A + B to the designated midi channel. But anyway, thank you for the reply!
