Title: Do I use +4 dBu or -10 dBV on my DAW?

I'm using a UAD Apollo, and I have both options. My gut says -10 because the lines are unbalanced, and it seems to be working fine with that setting.

Our synths output a "hot" -10 dB, so you are correct in your assumption.
