Title: locked buttons and encoders in the Sample playback section.

hi I just got my Prophet X yesterday and after unpacking it and loading the latest OS all was great ,
But then I purchased 2 add on packs from 8dio but after loading one of them in the the sample playback erea the Group button and both type and instrument encoder don't work anymore i can not change my samples anymore. All others work in the sampleplayback area. I asked DSI for help and DIO but they have not checked back yet

If you’ve sent email to Sequential’s support address they’ll get back to you promptly.  Sorry to hear you’re running into problems, but I’m sure they’ll sort things out rapidly.
