Title: The value of OSC 1 FREQ at startup

The program's OSC 1 FREQ value at power-up is half a tone higher than the setting.

For example, if the default value of OSC 1 FREQ for a program is "C2", it is "C#2" at startup.
So in the case of "D#6" it is "E6".

Once I switch programs back after startup, they return to their default values.

Is this not a problem?
