Title: Pitch wheel at 12 tones results in out-of-tune octave
Post by: 0x80 on March 23, 2019, 04:06:22 AM
If I set the pitch wheel range on my P6 to 12 tones, it doesn't quite make it all the way there. The octave is clearly off / flat.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if this is a bug or a calibration issue with my particular unit.

Huh. I'd never had reason to notice this before, but yeah, mine also came up slightly flat, too.
I ran the Pitch/Mod Wheel calibration and all is well now. (Pages 56/57 in the manual.)

Ha! Thanks, I never knew there was a calibration for the mod and pitch wheels :)

I didn't either until today, but neither had I even noticed my pitch wheel wasn't hitting the 12th, so we're all winners!
