Question, does the Prophet 6 USB do midi and audio or just midi? To my knowledge correct me if I’m wrong, but if your instrument has a USB that does midi & audio that should be the only cable you need to get it into your daw to play and record? If the USB only does midi, you would have to connect the audio outputs of the synth to the inputs of the interface to hear audio?

The Prophet 6 only transmits MIDI via USB.  You would need an audio interface to get the sound into your DAW.
