Would it be so difficult to add a new FX? A large reverb, like 1-2 minute long for example. 2 controls: time and tone (brigther, darker). I've seen some FX added on one update...and this one seems to be wanted by many users.
Please!

Please please add the super plate!! We love you long time!

This would be my #1 request for both the P6 and OB-6. At very least extend the tail times on existing reverbs with larger time-span increments.

Sounds like that would be nice but for reverbs like that it might be best to use outboard. You would have more flexibility.

The same would be true of any fx. It'd still be handy to have.

I'd love more FX in general! I wonder how hard it is to add them. I especially like the tone control on the spring reverb, it helps darken things up.
-
Like many folks - I wonder how possible it even is to do something like this and would use it sometimes if it existed.
But since it doesn’t seem likely, I got a Meris Mercury 7 to put on the Prophet and wow, does it add a lot.

The one in the Rev 2 is better, so maybe it could be power over? I suppose it's challenging with only a few controls, but yeah, they're not great on the P6/OB6...I prefer to use small amounts of BBD with a slightly longer feedback amount.
-
This is probably an even more far-fetched request, but I'd love it if there was a feedback reverb a la the Access Virus, but using the Prophet's BBD as the delay.
-
A large verb would be great for the OB-6.
-
Can the super plate (https://youtu.be/0pMDVBkiLso?t=1664) algorithm from the PX/XL be transferred over? Ofc you wouldn't be able to access one of the parameters as the PX/XL have an additional one, but it would be a massive improvement for both the P6 and OB-6 regardless.
-
I really wanted a cutdown version of the super plate.. that would be insanely cool. For now I'm kidding the reverb with the digital delay and can get pretty good reverb's.. but I really want the super plate.

TOTALLY

So with the super six and the matriarch coming out, you guys at sequential thought about giving us a bigger reverb? You know, to increase sales over there competition and show these new fancy show pony's still can't touch our beloved all analog behemoth stud of a work horse the mighty prophet!! Maybe alittle concession? Or atleast a chuckle and twinkle in ol Dave's eye? Pleaeeese? It would be Sooo cool?
-
Add another vote for the super plate!
-
Going to bump this up! I am very happy with all of the effects in the P6, but would love if they could add another reverb that is a larger ambient type reverb, it is the only thing I really feel lacking in the effects.
-
Yes, I want this too
-
I also like the idea. It would be fine, if we can use the super plate from the Pro-3 inside the Prophet 6 and OB-6.

For those already using a DAW, download Valhalla Supermassive (free plug-in). It's impressive. Put it on a send track and route your existing reverb to it and tell me if you still need more reverb :)

Yes, highly recommended!

Great feature request! As we are busy with our first soundset for the P6 right now, we were thinking the same thing. Another chorus model and a normal ping-pong delay with time and low/high tilt-filter would be great as well.

Another one that sounds huge is Raum by Native Instruments, which I believe is (or was for a while) a free download. It is however a CPU hog compared to Valhalla.

totally +1 on this!
