Delighted to get my hands (back) on this.  Thank you for keeping our Prophet X evolving and fresh!

Great update- the new mod destinations and loop modes are great, as well as arp beat sync.  And the Ring mod is awesome!

Keep them coming!

32-voice mode is a little buggy for me.  With Modern Grand in U1, not sure what I did, but playing Moonlight Sonata with lots of sustain, I managed to get it to a point where pressing keys did nothing some of the time.  If I let go of sustain and stop generating notes, it's fine again, and its not exactly reproducible, but a lot of sustain seems to trigger it.  I have touch curves way up, if that matters.  Hum, probably wouldn't hurt to recalibrate and re-save, would it?

It seems to really hate my Nord sustain pedal on reverse.  Calibrating may have made it worse, put Modern Grand 1990 in 32 voice mode (16 voice button is flashing).  The sustain pedal just kills the voices sometimes.

Edit: I take it back, it has nothing to do with sustain.  Just go to Modern Grand 1990 in 32 voice mode and play.

The alternate tuning tables are a wonderful thing to have. Suddenly I seem to have unlocked all kinds of lush sounds just based on these tunings!

I have recorded a piano sequence in the Prophet X and if I use the "equal temperment" tuning everything sounds fine. But if I choose other alternative tunings (most of them, not all of them) the piano sounds out of tune. Is that suppose to happen?

With standard fingerings for normal tuning I would assume yes. Your finger playing/note selection would need to adjust to the tuning.

Thank you for the information. One more question. How do I load the new alternate tunings into the Prophet X?

It's basically the same process as reinstalling the factory presets documented here (https://www.sequential.com/prophet-x-factory-sounds/), but with a different .syx file.

Public Service Announcement: Make sure to backup any patches you want before upgrading the firmware.

(also, check the air pressure on your spare tire, the fill level on your kitchen fire extinguishers, and your smoke detector batteries  8) But seriously, make sure to back up your Prophet X before these firmware updates.)
