Title: Noticed a bug: Sample pitches to max high
Post by: genetic92 on September 22, 2018, 05:21:15 AM
Hi,
i was working on a patch, using a midi from a daw to the prophet x. and when editing the patch, i noticed very weird behavior in which the sample constantly pitches all the way to up +C10 back every time.

I think this has to do with a midi bug or something, because I don't have this when midi is not connected...

Very frustrating! Anybody know how to fix this bug?

I’ve never had this happen.
USB midi or DIN midi?
Sure it’s not a midi loop? Got local off etc?

Sounds like your DAW (Logic? FL studio?) is sending an unexpected CC message to the synth.  Try disabling/filtering out these messages and you should be good to go.
