Title: Sequencer causing midi feedback?

Hey guys I was using the newest Prophet 6 OS and sending the sequencer midi information to my Oberheim SEM And Sometimes when I stopped the sequencer it created a midi feedback loop. I tried it also with my Moog and the same thing happened although less often. Any tips to fix this?
