Post by: frontgarcia on May 06, 2018, 11:33:10 AM
Hello FORUM TEAM.
I would like the replacement my contacto strip from Mono Evolver Key, because many keys doesn't work anymore!
Anybody help about it, I need the contact board, if possible gray rubbers too.
Cheers

You should email DSI about this.

It's likely that the circuit board is perfectly fine and that the conductive rubber has degraded over time. In cases where I've seen significant conductive rubber degradation, the device has been about 12-15 years old*. Most of the time, it seems to last longer than this, but in the coming years, it'll get worse and worse. The conductive rubber will wear out way faster than the contacts that it's connecting.

* Korg PolysSix (1981) significantly degraded by 1993. Roland U10 (1988), significantly degraded by 2004. Alesis MMT-8 (1987), significantly degraded by 2006.
