Title: How to access wave shapes 101-128 through ShapeSeq
Post by: stdenisg on February 02, 2018, 09:52:50 AM
For the digital oscillators (3 & 4):

Each Sequencer step has a range of [0,100].

So how can we access Shape/PW [101,128] using the Sequencer??

For the digital oscillators (3 & 4):
  • Shape/PW has a range of [1,128]
  • ShapeSeq allows choosing the output of a Sequencer (1 to 4) to modulate Shape/PW.

Each Sequencer step has a range of [0,100].

So how can we access Shape/PW [101,128] using the Sequencer??

You can't. You can only use the first few custom wave shapes via the sequencer. Yeah, it's a bummer.

Thanks for the quick response! Wasn't sure if there was an undocumented technique to get that to work. Oh well...
