Title: Is there a way to do tap tempo on the delays?

If so, is it possible to implement if there should be a new OS?

The Prophet 12 features Tap Tempo for the master clock. Additionally, the delay lines can individually be synced to the master clock, at various time divisions. So, the answer is yes, you can achieve tap tempo for the delay lines, provided clock sync is enabled for them.
