Title: a lil tempest groove
Post by: fuzulu on December 11, 2017, 01:18:49 PM
just a little groove I did on the tempest... no processing, all the sounds from the machine, no overdubs or anything... could do a lot more with it, its a nice starting point:

and this is the same clip with some processing on it to fatten it up, smiley eq and compression:

a couple of lil snippets of a track I made fully on the Tempest.... well as in all the main parts and ideas were made in the Tempest, then I added some more noise fx and drum hits n stuff to it later in the daw, processed etc

My friend, since no one here wants to say anything I’ll assume they’re severely jealous.

You are pure talent . From the grooves to the sounds you’ve created they’re nothing but top notch industry standard professional musician type music

This is by far the BEST sounds and MUSIC I’ve heard and I’ve listened to these tracks MANY times . Seriously great sound design and playing . Top notch . Thank you so much for showing us how musical the tempest is

I wonder if it’s possible to make a series showing us all the sounds that were used, you know, like isolate them , even show us how you created them. It would be educational and awesome to watch

oooooooo thanks a lot dslsynth, glad u like!

Pidcin, thats a really good idea, I can surely do that... although the process of making the sounds wasn't that special, I used all the sounds that were already there, and just fiddled with them in the sequence while it was playing more or less... started with the basics like kicks and snare etc and then added sounds one by one... ya but I can surely split the different sounds and show how I got there, if it helps anyone even a little why not... its gonna be a nice weekend session :)

Oh man, for real? If you do this, please keep me updated . I’ll be waiting! Haha no pressure . The sounds are just so good. The way they breath together , the punch and power the choice of timbres real good stuff . And am looking forward to the video

oh ya Pidcin for sure... will do it and of course you will know as it will be pretty much for you exclusively hahaha...
I just need to figure out how I will capture both the audio and video as I have done some videos before but only capturing the screen, to show what I'm doing inside the computer... but it should be pretty simple so I will do it soon!

Nice tracks, fuzulu.

I recently decided to simplify my flow and woodshed the Tempest for a while. Your tracks are exactly what I imagined what could be done on it. Thanks for sharing. A demonstration would certainly be welcomed.

Nice track. I’d be interested in how you made the vocal sound in the first track?

Right on man! That’s top notch of you!

I’m going to airplay this one on the big screen when I get back home. Can’t wait!
