I have OB-6 Desktop.I want to add Prophet rev2  or it will be the same type of sound.

It'll sound different. The Rev2 has different oscillators, a different filter, and a wider array of modulation possibilities that can even make it sound more different.

the output level of rev2 is the same as that of OB 6 ?

It is very nice of you to buy a synth for the OB-6...All mine gets is a dusting and the occasional wipe down with a soft damp cloth. Haha!
