Title: Prophet 12 Module Encoder Value Jumps
Post by: Sternenlicht on October 30, 2017, 03:42:08 AM
It seems i have a jumping encoder on my prophet, its set to CC values, but does it use NPRN internally ? I.e. i dial in LPF cutoff, and it seems to not increase the value on the display, but i notice the filter opening. Sometimes i see the value jumping, is it not correctly updated in the display?

Can this be fixed with running a calibration, or is it possibly the encoder that has problems?

Hey mate, are you connected to USB and using the plugin at the time?

Mine will do it under that circumstance, but standalone it’s fine, albeit and tad twitchy at times if you move a dial too quick.

Yes, its connected to USB, but i dont send any midi CC to it, i just send notes from NI Maschine to sequence it.

Does it behave the same when not connected?
