Greetings!
How do I set the modulation amount of OSC frequency by slider pressure to affect a range larger than one octave? I'm looking for a wild effect similar to wiggling the frequency knob on a modular (or Roland FA 08 will do this). Or am I going about this in the wrong way?
Thanks,
E. Nicholas Morgan

You can double the modulation by just adding the same path&source&amount.

If I start with Basic Program, and I select mod source as slider and destination as all osc frequency, and I put it in there twice at amount 127, I don't hear an increased range. Is that what you meant?

Add the same source, amount and destination twice as another modulation path. Double it! Triple it! Quadruple it!

It doesn’t work with envelopes neither lfos.
I have the same question.
I want to do some radical sync sweeps but it seems impossible.
I don’t have my P12 near me now, but I’ll try with modwheel tomorrow.
It’s really frustrating the low range when using an envelope or lfo to modulate an osc pitch.
Can someone help?

I’m sorry but stacking modulations doesn’t work (at least on my unit Prophet 12 Module).
i’ve tried everything and the only improve was with 2 of the same lfos but it was a shy increment. when using the same lfo for the third time, there was no improve.
it doesn’t work with the modwheel neither envelopes.
I wonder if it’s because we’re modulating osc frequency and not osc pitch (there is no osc pitch as a modulation destination).
can someone post a video or sound example?

Hi,
second mod slot doesnt go over the first ones max. Second LFO synced to the first doesnt work either here but Env3 in repeat goes higher.
Hope this helps somehow,
Martin
