Title: Broken Knob!

My Track knob (from sequencer section) just broke off when I went to use it!!! Don't know what would have happened to it as I treat the synth like my baby. Can I buy another and easily replace it myself?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Rev2. That is highly unusual for an encoder to do that. Please contact our dedicated support channel: support (at) davesmithinstruments.com

We'd be happy to send you an encoder free of charge, or if you'd rather not replace it yourself we can do it for you.
