Title: Foot Pedal not sending data over midi if Local Control is off

as the subject says: Foot Pedal connected to pedal/CV jack not sending data over midi if Local Control is off, independent from gobal setting (21. Foot Assign)

I've noticed a few things don't work when local is turned off, such as bank change, turning the pot dose nothing.

For Local Control OFF to work properly, you must be connected to a DAW that is sending the MIDI messages back to the Rev2. Everything should work in that context.

thanks for your reply ... but the point is, that the rev2 doesn´t send (!) the pedal midi data if Local Control is off, so it cannot be sent back from a DAW to the rev2 ;-)

opened a support case - bug is confirmed by DSI

Ah whoops, sorry for the misunderstanding. Glad you got it confirmed with support, we should have a fix for it soon.
