Has anyone found an ATA travel case for the Rev 2?

Not ATA but Sweetwater has a Mono case for the Prophet that they have been masking as an additional purchase item with the Rev2. I'd also prefer a flight case when mine arrives.

There isn't a picture yet but I guess it's similar to their other cases. Seems like a good deal to me. A flight case is definitely more reassuring for back and forth trips to gigs.

It's insane, heavy, waterproof and probably overkill for my purposes, but I feel like I could put this thing right under a nuke and not even worry about whether or not my REV2 would be in perfect condition after the fallout cleared. It also has the movable mounting points and a bit of extra room so I can stow my cables and power cord comfortably.

Just pic up the manufacturer, the model (REV2 is now listed direct, before you could choose "not listed" and type it in...) and your options like colour, materials... and you'll get what you need. For me it's the best choice and will be here in ~14 days..

I think that it would be advantageous for case manufacturers if DSI would provide a 3D model for each product.
From past experience, cases which do not provide a void for the front-panel knobs / pots / encoders (e.g., SKB, RoadRunner Jetway, etc.) will negatively affect the lifespan of the product, particularly as force is applied to the knob shafts from the case padding.

IMHO the best cases I've seen have more rigid foam support down the top sides, typically angled, and allow the unit to be clamped into position without touching the knobs (Capro shown below). In some cases, the keyboard section will also have an additional rectangular block of foam across its span, which mostly keeps the unit in place.

Lastly–an elasticized keyboard cover really helps to keep any loose foam from ending up inside the keybed, especially if you plan on storing your unit for a period of time in its case.

Some days ago my case arrived. It's costum build for the Rev2 and matches perfectly, esp. the ramp.

Hey sIEGu, or anyone with a Thomann case, two questions:
1. Do the sides of the Thomann hold your Rev2 still or does it rely on some padding pressing on the knobs/top of Rev2 to hold it in place?
2. Can you plug and play your Rev2 in the bottom half or do you need to remove it completely to use it?

I‘ve got the Thomann Case. There is no weight on the knobs, the Synth is held by foam on the sides that is perfectly matching the wood Panels.
I chose to have wheels on it, thats great for my back.
You can also order it with an option to remove the top and play the synth in the case.
This is my third custom case from Thomann, they are really reliable.

I'm thinking that the Prophet REV2 being only about 0.5" larger, 0.5" longer, and same height as the Prophet 08. So shouldn't a case for a P08 fit ?

Update! I bought the Rev2 Thon hard-case from Thomann. I love it!
It isn't the custom one. I got the premade version: https://www.thomann.de/gb/thon_keyboard_case_dave_smith_rev_2.htm
The only thing I'd change would be lockable latches and a more fun color. Otherwise it's great:
- Relatively lightweight. (I like the honeycomb plastic material.)
- The handle is very comfortable. I appreciate it's not real leather.
- I probably wouldn't jump on it, but it seems very durable.
- Surprisingly perfect fit...I have to remove my light fabric dustcover to get it to slide in.
- Pressure only on the side-panels and bottom.
- I haven't tried, but I bet I could store a few cables underneath.
It took about 25 days to ship to the Seattle (USA).

Can I ask you how much it cost you in total to purchase and ship to the US? I'm looking at the Thon Rev2 case and it seems like a great deal, but I can't help but think there's going to be some huge tax for shipping internationally.
