Title: Change program in Layer B

Hi,
I would like to change program in Layer B for example (Layer A is Bass) and I would like to change Layer B to (Tympani) I know that I can edit Layer B with button (Edit Layer B) but I can not change program to (Tympani) in Layer B.
I am reading manual but I can not find solution  ::)
Is it possible?

The thirteenth page in "Global" allows you to change bank, program, and layer, so swapping layers should be possible.
