I know that I can get to the 3rd page of globals menu by holding down the "Bank" button and pressing the "Globals" button.
Can anyone tell me what each menu on the 3rd page of globals is?

Y axis is for the new MPE control functions.

Not silly at all.
Y-axis as in the vertical axis of each key on a MIDI keyboard. Holding one or more notes and sliding the fingers on a conventional MIDI keyboard doesn't do anything, but with MIDI controllers like roli seaboard etc, this sliding motion produces and sends MIDI control change messages.
