A question spontaneously comes to mind.
How could we "pitch" the noise? that would be interesting, wouldn't it?
You can use one of the oscillators as the base pitch and then modulate it (pitch modulation) with noise, then you can go from a clean wave with just some noise all the way to howling storm kind of pitched noise. You can get different characters by tweaking the wave shape and shape mod.
Alternatively you can turn up the resonance of the filter until it seld oscillates and then modulate the cutoff frequency with the noise source.
If you want more crackling variation to the noise, use oscillator 3 in LFO mode with some complex wave as a modifier to the noise modulation. Then the wave of osc 3 will turn vary the amount of noise modulation.
