Preset Alternative Tuning sysex - Naming

You may have noticed that the alternative tunings preloaded at the factory (and available for download here) have cryptic names on the Rev2 display, apparently limited to 8 characters, which turns out to be totally unnecessary: The MTS sysex specification allows for 16-character names, and the Rev2 is capable of displaying them fully.

Here's an updated sysex, edited with names that are more human-readable. Comments or suggested improvements welcome.
