Big issues with ableton Live 10 sound and noise each time i change anything

hi,

every time i change any parameter in ableton live 10 with my mouse or my controller, like track selection, adding vst etc etc a noise or sound or disturbing artefact are audible from the rev.
is anyone can help please i don't know what to do.
