Drum sound patches

Are these sampled sounds or are they only from rev2 controls. Also, how do we know if a patch has any sampled sounds vs. non sampled? Thanks.

Right, I have downloaded the complete series as PDF long time ago. Have not read all of it  , very informative information though, recommended!
