User 1 pitch problem

User 1 pitch problem
« on: July 09, 2018, 09:17:13 AM »
Sometimes the U1 patch is loaded one octave below comparse to the F1.
I have to fix it manually and rewrite it.
Has it ever happened to you?
Can the user patch memory be lost?

Are you sure the transpose button to the left on the panel is at the same position? I don't think this setting is stored as a part of the patch.

I've noticed that U1 P1 has Split A/B turned on, whilst F1 P1 doesn't. Probably explain the difference.
Try turning Split A/B off and save the patch to U1 P1 and see if that fixes it ?

In theory, yes, user memory could possibly be lost since it's a flash memory. But the chances of that happening on its own are almost non existent. What can happen is that it is overwritten by some editor software, or by the user, either voluntarily or accidentally.
