How do you organize patches?

I have not found an efficient way to organize patches in Rev2 yet. Korg Prologue allows to sort patches by number, name, category and marked as favorite. There are a lot of good factory presets in Rev2 but many of the names don't say anything about the kind of sound so it's extremely time consuming to look for a patch for a specific purpose. Sometimes I want to use a patch I have made from the initial sound, sometimes I want to use a modified factory preset and sometimes I want to use a factory preset as it is. Have any of you good tips to how I can organize the patches to achieve an efficient workflow?
