No sound on key press or sequencer start

Hi I'm new to the forum, and for some reason I can't log into or register at the DSI main site to get support (password reset just loops me back to the place where I send the request email, the link in the mail gives the link to the form to request a password reset email)

I have a strange problem. On startup, sometimes if I go to a new patch without playing the start up patch, no sound will occur. It's intermittent but I've reproduced it about 5 times in the last 24 hours. Sometimes it's the first patch on start up. This all started after I created and saved a patch on 000. Rebooting seems to resolve it but it's a very strange bug.

Are others experiencing this? Anyone know a fix?

To add to this, it seems to only affect patches that I've created myself, factory patches seem to be ok. Or more specifically, patches I've created by initializing the patch first. And it doesn't just happen on start up, it happens sometimes midway through using a sound too. So far it's happened on all 3 patches I've created, 000, 001 and 002.
