Hello guys,

if your synthesizer is set to stereo, but pan spread is zero, no pan modulation, no midi cc or anything, does it output the sound in the middle ? My rev2 is a few db off to the right at output A and to the left on Output B. It's quite obvious.

Older Curtis chip based DSI machines (Prophet-08/Mopho/Tetra) got "balance tweak" global parameters to adjust the panning as the panning hardware is not perfectly centered. Not sure if Rev2 got that but it can be checked in the manual, on the instrument and possibly asking DSI if the OS calibrates this automatically.

I noticed a bit to either side on 3 separate REV2s. I couldn't hear it though, only see it when checking levels. It wasn't enough to bother me, and if it was I'd just boost or cut one of the sides to match.
