So, here is the sheme I came up with and that seems useful for me right now.

While changing the knobs today, I had the idea to leave the "Program"- and the "Bank"-knobs as they are, or perhaps look for some other ones that fit better to the new knobs. But the mainthing is that they should have different shape.
The idea is that it could help avoiding accedentally tweaking these both knobs. So that also the "fingers can learn" when they get in touch with knobs that feel different - don't turn this knob unless your'e really shure you want to do that  ;)

Absolutely loving this thread. I found that my thumbs were getting "raw" from the viscous / stiff rubber knobs compared to how easily I can manipulate the Moog. It's genuinely harder to "play" the Pro 3 live... so I'm changing everything to larger diameter knobs and even trying some reds. I tried Moog knobs on it (the indicator is reversed) and it's noticeably easier to turn the pots.
