maintenance routine to test my prophet 6

Hi,

I need to know if there is a maintenance routine to test my prophet 6.
To see if everything works normally.
It's because dsi replace my 1st prophet 6 because a button was broken by a new one.
But i feel the new one doesn't sound the same, less powerfull.
Maybe i'm crazy , i don't know
